Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. Payments by PayPal incur a 5% handling fee. No refunds will be given due to bad weather, snow conditions, illness or lost luggage. Durango d.o.o. understands that unexpected situations do occur and all request for refunds will be taken into consideration
We collect a 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The final payment is due 7 days before the tour.
Bookings can be made by booking form or email or by sending us your requirements through our contact page. A reservation can only be guaranteed when deposit payment has been received in advance.
Only Durango d.o.o. or a representative of Durango d.o.o. can cancel tour due to weather or snow conditions. A cancellation 30 days before the start of the booking 50% of total cost from booking will be charged. A cancellation 29-0 days before the start of the booking 100% of total cost from booking will be charged.
Climbing and ski touring are considered dangerous activities. Durango d.o.o. is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or death that may occur. It is up to the participant or responsible adult to decide what is dangerous and whether to continue or not. Durango d.o.o. is not responsible for any damages/loss of equipment or personal belongings. The guide has the last say where to go and what to do.
You must have your own travel insurance for the trip covering also climbing/hiking activities and we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation / interruption insurance to protect your travel investment when you book your trip. We offer optional trip cancellation / interruption insurance.
Claims can only be made by the client once the full cost of the program has been paid. However, any complaints should be reported immediately to the Durango d.o.o., in written form, during the program. If the complaint is not sorted out during the program period, a registered letter should be sent to the Tour Operator within 10 days of program ending. Durango d.o.o. has taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services are provided to a reasonable standard and are provided as described in the itinerary. Durango d.o.o. is not responsible for any changes made by the supplier of which they have not been informed. Any suggestions from the client will be gladly accepted in order to improve the level of services.
Both parties agree that the contract will be governed by the Slovenian law. Any dispute which may arise from either party’s obligations shall be subject to the exclusive Slovenian jurisdiction and to the exclusive competent authority of the Civil Court of Kranj, Slovenia.
Durango d.o.o. respects your privacy and will not use your personal information other than to prepare your holiday. Durango d.o.o. will not sell your information to any third parties. Photos/video taken during lesson/guiding may be used on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Goggle + or Pintrest and webpages.
