Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or Paypal. Your tour is confirmed with the payment of at least 30% of the total value of the package. The final payment is due 7 days before the tour.
Bookings can be made by booking form on the website www.climbtriglav.com or email email@example.com or by sending us your requirements through our contact page. A reservation can only be guaranteed when a deposit payment has been received in advance.
Climbing and ski touring are considered dangerous activities. Weather and conditions may change on the tour itself. The guide of the agency has the right to assess on the tour how dangerous the conditions can be and how the client is ready to deal with them. Based on this, for safety reasons, the guide can shorten, adjust or interrupt the tour. The guide has the last say on where to go and what to do.
Durango d.o.o. is not responsible for any damages/loss of equipment or personal belongings.
Clients must have their own travel insurance for the trip which also covers climbing/trekking/skitouring activities. Otherwise, the client must be prepared to cover all possible costs related to this (rescue, etc.)
In case of bad weather and bad conditions on the mountain, we realize the tour up to the point where it is still safe. The guide decides on this. The guide also has the right to interrupt the tour if he considers that the client is not fit and cannot continue the tour safely. In all cases mentioned, the client has no right to a refund of all or part of the payment.
In case of the bad weather forecast and obvious bad conditions on the mountain, before leaving for the tour, two options are available:
– we postpone the tour for one day or more or until the conditions are suitable
– we offer the client a more appropriate tour alternative that is more suitable for the current situation.
If the customer does not agree with any of the listed options, then it means that he has canceled the tour. In this case, we keep 20% of the value of the entire arrangement.
In case of cancellation of the tour by the client:
– cancellation 30 days before the start of the tour 50% of the total value of the tour will be charged.
– cancellation 0-29 days before the start of the tour 100% of the total value of the tour will be charged.
Claims can only be made by the client once the full cost of the program has been paid. However, any complaints should be reported immediately to the Durango d.o.o., in written form, during the program. If the complaint is not sorted out during the program period, a registered letter should be sent to the Tour Operator within 10 days of the program ending. Durango d.o.o. has taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services are provided to a reasonable standard and are provided as described in the itinerary. Durango d.o.o. is not responsible for any changes made by the supplier of which they have not been informed. Any suggestions from the client will be gladly accepted in order to improve the level of services.
Durango d.o.o. respects your privacy and will not use your personal information other than to prepare for your holiday. Durango d.o.o. will not sell your information to any third parties. Photos/videos taken during lesson/guiding may be used on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Google +, or Pinterest and webpages.
Both parties agree that the contract will be governed by the Slovenian law. Any dispute which may arise from either party’s obligations shall be subject to the exclusive Slovenian jurisdiction and to the exclusive competent authority of the Civil Court of Kranj, Slovenia.
