Than continue on a much opened view area. After a while the trail gets steeper and reach the top of the sadle Štapce. Not much furter on, there is a Hut by the Triglav Lake and Duble Lake (1689m). (2h 30 min)

We enter the Valley of Seven Triglav Lakes.

Finally time for some rest and a snack.

After a break continues on a gradually ascending route through the valley of Seven Lakes. Enjoy the change of the scenery as it will change to a more rocky one, but still fulfilled with green fields. Reach Kidney Lake and after a while another one, Green Lake. Next, time for a short break. (1h 30min)

Leave the valley of Seven lakes and continue on a much steeper trail, which goes across a scree all the way up to Hribarice plateau. Consequently scenery changes to a high alpine world, full of rocks, abysses, and karstic sinkholes. As a result, some amazing views will appear around you. (1h)
Later after a short break continues downwards over a scree towards Dolič hut on 2151 m. Once you reach the hut you are done with climbing for that day. Time for traditional Slovenian mountain dinner and some rest. (45 min)

Day 2Dolič hut (2151 m) - Mt. Triglav (2864 m) - Planika hut (2400 m)

Next day early in the morning continues climbing towards the summit. So the trail leads over a scree and some rocky walls where the help of cables is needed. As a result, get the first glimpse of Mt. Triglav. Later continue walking towards the top. We have two options, going to the Planika hut. The hut will be the place where we overnight. Or doing a circle passing throught an old military fort Morbegna (2520m). (1h 30min)

Gradually climb up towards the summit. This is the most demanding part of the climb, but with a professional guidance and a proper equipment, you will be completely safe. You will get via ferrata kits (lanyard, helmet, and a harness) and ascend in a company of your guide will certainly be a memorable experience. Along the way, there are also cables and pitons for easier progression. Once on the highest Slovenian mountain Triglav(2864m), you will enjoy amazing views all around you. (2h)

Later a slow descent down to Planika mountain hut. (1h 45min) Of course, dinner at the hut and overnight in a cozy dorm.

Planika hut (2400 m) - Vodnik hut (1817 m) - Mountain Blato (1147m)

After breakfast start descending towards Vodnik mountain hut (1817 m). The trail goes over a rocky terrain steep downwards, but it’s not exposed. (1h 30min)

From hut continue further down to Krstenica valley. Last part of the tour walk along mysterious and beautiful forest and meadows. Furthermore enjoy unspoiled nature, the view of the green and clear shade of beech forest. End the tour in mountain Blato. (5h)
