Climbing Triglav guided tours – The highest peaks of individual countries and mountain groups around the world are the most desirable target for most mountaineers. This applies, of course, to Triglav, the highest peak of Slovenia and the Julian Alps. Many will be satisfied if they come to the top of Triglav, regardless of the route.
The least demanding one is the path from Pokljuka Plato, where the minimum altitude difference must be defeated. The most picturesque is perhaps the path across the Seven Triglav Lakes, whether it be ascending or descending.
A special challenge is an ascent from the Vrata Valley, where the path approaches the magnificent north wall of Triglav, which is simply called the Wall because of its meaning, size, and marking. The Wall is almost 4 km wide and 1 km high, with three protected paths and about 100 climbing routes.
The most demanding protected path to the top of the Triglav is ferrata along the western edge of The Wall. And finally, the better-prepared mountaineers can enter one of the climbing routes in The Wall with an experienced guide. The lightest of them is 800 meters high Slovenian route (grade II-III).
