Triglav National Park Accommodation

Different ways of accommodation are available in Triglav National Park and its surroundings. In the heart of the park you can choose between mountain huts, chalets, rural tourism and camping sites. Nearby Bohinj Lake or Pokljuka there are also some hotels. There are certainly enough options available for your selection.

It’s up to you and your goals to determine which accommodation you choose. You will probably want to stay in Mountain hut to climb one of the peaks in the park. Chalets, hunting hut or some other private cottage you will choose for a few days of holiday in a mountain ambiance. Chalets and private huts provide more space for yourself and more intimacy. While in mountain huts you will share your place with other hikers. Farm tourism, on the other hand, provides you with a genuine contact with the lives of people in this mountainous environment. And finally, at a campsite you will sleep in the most direct contact with nature.

Not far away, right next to the edge of the park, the choice is much greater. There are many hotels, apartments, private accommodation, holiday homes, guesthouses, tourist farms and hostels. In direction from Bohinj, you have a lot of villages Gorjuše, Goreljek, Jereka, Srednja Vas, Stara Fužina, Ukanc. From Bled there is Bohinjska Bela, Gorje, Krnica, Zatrnik. From Kranjska Gora side its Gozd Martuljek and Mojstrana. And also from the west side, from the stunning Valley of Trenta, there are villages like Trenta, Soča, Bovec.
